Patricia A. Breen, Ph.D., brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education administration to her role as Interim Campus President for the TCSPP Chicago Campus and Senior Vice President of Academic Quality for TCS Education System. Dr. Breen's academic expertise spans a variety of leadership roles and higher education environments-from adjunct faculty to campus dean to senior vice president; from a single campus structure to an education system; from for-profit to private non-profit institutions; and, from a comprehensive university model to the specialized professional school. Her interests include assessment of student learning and program effectiveness, adults as learners, and higher education leadership. Dr. Breen is active in the Council for Graduate Schools and has been a Consultant-Evaluator for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges for many years. Dr. Breen's Ph.D. is in Human and Organizational Development. She also holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature, a Master of Library Science and a Master of Business Administration.
