All international students must submit immigration documentation to complete their application. These documents can be photocopies and can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to our admission office. Below is the list of required immigration documents we will request.
F-1 and J-1 Students. Students seeking to enroll on a student visa (F-I or J-1 status), please submit:
- Copy of your passport
- Completed International Student Information Sheet.
- Proof of Financial Ability (students can submit this after they have been accepted)
- Copy of the passport for any dependents you wish to accompany you.
- F-1/J-1 Students currently living in the U.S. must also submit the following documents after admission:
Other International Students. Students who have another U.S. immigration status, please submit:
- Completed International Student Information Sheet.
- Proof of immigration status. This can be a copy of a current visa, an I-94 card, approval notices from immigration, or any other documentation that proves immigration status.
