Join Dr. Linda Klonsky for an interactive workshop about personality differences and the role they play within a work environment. The session includes a brief Myers-Briggs assessment and a series of activities that highlight personality profiles and implications for people and relationships in the workplace.  

About Dr. Klonsky:

Dr. Linda Klonsky is a lead faculty member of The Chicago School’s I/O, Business and Organizational Leadership programs. As an organization development consultant, Linda has consulted to local, community and national non-profits in the US, focusing on leadership development, board governance, strategic planning, and change management. Previously, she taught in the MA Organizational Leadership program at Colorado State University-Global Campus and in the PhD Interdisciplinary Program at Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Linda also designed and implemented the leadership program at Hebrew Union College in New York City.
