Biographical Sketch

Daniel Broadhurst is vice president of operations and assistant secretary at Huron Consulting Group. Previously, he was a partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP and led the Economic and Financial Consulting group from 1998 through 2002. For the majority of his 20-plus years at Andersen, Broadhurst focused on providing litigation consulting services. He performed a variety of consulting services ranging from high-level statistical analysis to detailed fact analysis and records reconstruction. His engagements involved large and complex litigation matters related to international and domestic tax law, regulatory issues, breach of contract, intellectual property, fraud, tort, environmental issues, and claims against government agencies. Broadhurst has experience in many industries including computer/high-technology, telecommunications, transportation/delivery, health insurance, retailing, property and casualty insurance, manufacturing, and securities.

Broadhurst is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the organization's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services Subcommittee. He also is on the board of the Illinois CPA Society where he serves as chair of the Consulting Executive Committee.

Broadhurst received a bachelor's degree from DePaul University and is a certified public accountant.
