Biographical Sketch


Malcolm S. McNeil focuses his practice in litigation issues for a wide variety of businesses including those dealing with venture capital formation, retailing, textiles, manufacturing, import/export, real estate investment, aviation and publishing. He participates in cross-border negotiations and has an established network of colleagues throughout the globe. He also serves as chair of the firm's International Practice Group.

On the international scene, McNeil was the President and Honorary President of International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). He has traveled to the People's Republic of China to participate in trade discussions regarding the Hong Kong transition as well as played a role in the Shenying Hi Tech Development zone and the City of Dandong. McNeil is currently Vice Chair of the China Committee of the Section on International Law, American Bar Association; and Chair of the International Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Currently, McNeil serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching International Civil Litigation at the University of La Verne Law School. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School. He is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Young Lawyers and Fox Rothschild’s Mentor of the Year Award.
