Work Study

The Work Study (WS) Program provides meaningful work experience for eligible students who demonstrate financial need. While earning money to help pay educational expenses, students are encouraged to find work related to their course of study or interest as well as community service work.

Eligibility

Interested students must first complete a 2012-13 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form listing The Chicago School (code B07022) as a recipient.

Students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).

The student must be a United States citizen or noncitizen national of the United States. International students are encouraged to apply for non-WS jobs.

Students must also submit the Student Employment Eligibility Form to Financial Aid using eGo. Once the form has been reviewed and completed by a Financial Aid Advisor, the student will receive a WS authorization letter and must present the letter during the interview.
