Ways to Give

When you make a gift to The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, you can designate your contribution to the school, a department, or a specific program of your choice; you may choose to fund a student scholarship; or give to one of several community-based initiatives at home and abroad that address mental health issues.

Or, you can make an unrestricted gift, which allows us to direct your donation to where it is needed most. Different types of gifts include:

Annual Giving

Give to The Chicago School with an annual contribution by credit card, cash, or check.

Planned Gifts

Include The Chicago School in your will, trust, insurance policy, or other instrument.

Gifts of Stocks, Bonds, or Mutual Fund Shares

Have an immediate impact with a two-fold tax saving: (1) You will avoid paying capital gains tax on the increase in value of your stock; and (2) You will receive a tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock on the date of the gift. For more information and to learn how to electronically transfer securities, please contact us via e-mail at giving@thechicagoschool.edu.

Matching Gifts

Many companies offer a matching gift program that will double your donation. Contact your human resources department to learn if your company participates in a matching gift program, and if it does, request a form and send it to the address below.

Payroll Deduction

Chicago School faculty and staff can authorize a deduction from each paycheck and designate their gift.
