Educational Support Services


The Chicago School offers a multitude of benefits to support and enhance our students' experiences.

ID Cards

Each student is issued an official ID card, which serves a multitude of purposes such as access to buildings and library materials as well as an option for "cash to card" services to conveniently pay for photocopies and vending services. Additional information for current students.

Disability Support Services

The Chicago School complies with all laws and regulations regarding the access of disabled individuals to education and works to ensure that no qualified student with a disability is denied the benefits of, or excluded from participation in, any school program or activity. Health Insurance

The Chicago School offers a comprehensive health insurance plan for students enrolled in at least nine credit hours. TCSPP also has a list of suggested independent providers for part-time students. Additional information for current students.

Mental Health Services

Capped, discounted mental health services are available for students through TCSPP's provider referral network.

Military Educational Benefits (Veterans Assistance)

The Chicago School provides support for military educational benefits at all three locations: Los Angeles, Westwood, and Irvine. The three main programs are: Veterans Affairs Educational Benefit Programs, Tuition Assistance Programs, and an Online Student Military Discount. These programs are meant to be used in conjunction with Federal Student Aid to cover the cost of tuition and fees. Read more about Military Educational Benefits at TCSPP.

Chicago School student Payal Beri is putting theory into practice. With the training she is receiving through The Chicago School’s Marital and Family Therapy program, Payal is helping address the unique psychological needs of refugees, disadvantaged children in Peru, and individuals with severe mental illness.

A Ray of Hope from Across the World

Chicago School alumna and faculty member, Dr. Marilee Aronson, is giving hope to youth in an impoverished South African community. Heavily involved in the Bokamoso Youth Centre in Winterveld, South Africa, Dr. Aronson helps provide career training, workshops, and scholarship opportunities to young adults whose future might otherwise look bleak.
