Dr. Nancy Zarse Serves as Resource Staff for FBI

Dr. Nancy Zarse, associate professor of forensic psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), recently served as resource staff for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Crisis Negotiators 40 hour certification course. Dr. Zarse provided training on dealing with the mentally ill, and served as an evaluator in the role plays. She has consulted on training and mental health issues with the FBI hostage negotiation team for several years, and FBI agents regularly assist Dr. Zarse in the hostage negotiation role plays she develops as part of her Hostage Negotiation class at TCSPP.
