Biographical Sketch
Dr. Hoy-Watkins received a Psy.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1997. Prior to joining the Chicago School, Dr. Hoy-Watkins worked as a forensic evaluator at Elgin Mental Health Center - Forensic Treatment Program and as a forensic fellow at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners. Currently she works as a contract evaluator and specializes in criminal forensic evaluations, social security disability claims, and pre-employment law enforcement screenings. Dr. Hoy-Watkins' clinical and research interests further include fitness for duty evaluations and cross-cultural assessment.
