A Scalable and Affordable Program
By combining distance learning, an intense four-day workshop, and supportive coaching, the participant quickly acquires and masters leadership skills that are strategically important.  Workshops are grounded in our outcome-focused leadership competency model, derived from a combination of expert research and practice. The incorporation of an Action Learning Project, which is important to the participant’s employer and includes measurable outcomes, provides the participant with the opportunity to apply the skills learned during the workshops with the ongoing support of a coach. You’ll see rapid growth and progress in each participant.

Program Format
• Online support for project development, discussion, and supplementary reading
• A four-day intensive workshop held at our downtown Chicago Campus or on site in your training facility
• Individual coaching throughout the program
• Final transition workshop

The Leader Accelerator Program is for executives who have decision-making responsibilities and direct reports who themselves are leaders.  This program provides upwardly mobile entry-,  mid-, and senior-level managers with the tools to move effectively into a position of broader scope and wider organizational responsibility.  These leaders will reframe their role into one that is more strategic and influential.
