Is the program for me?
The Leader Accelerator Program for Nonprofit Executives is specifically designed for emerging leaders at nonprofit organizations who have decision-making responsibilities and direct reports who are leaders themselves. The program provides upwardly mobile mid- and senior-level managers with the tools to move into positions of broader scope and organizational responsibility.

What will I learn?
The Leader Accelerator curriculum is grounded in an outcome-focused leadership competency model, derived from a combination of expert research and proven best practices. A key component of the program is the Action Learning Project, which allows participants to identify specific issues facing their organizations and then develop strategic plans for addressing those challenges. With input from seasoned Leader Accelerator Program coaches as well as the participants’ mentors from within their own organizations, the Action Learning Project redefines applied learning.
