Description of Organization:

Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center is a large treatment, training, and research center located on the near west side of Chicago, just southwest of Chicago's loop area. For more than 80 years, the hospitals, physicians and staff of Sinai Health System have provided medical care and social services to Chicago's neediest communities. Sinai today provides a full continuum of care - acute, primary, specialty and rehabilitation - to meet the needs of the communities and patients we serve.

Type of Project(s):

Asset Mapping

  • Work closely with Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (CABH) program staff on Asset Mapping project
  • Travel into various communities, interact with leaders of various agencies, and gather relevant information in order to create a community resource book and develop a working relationship with these agencies


Organization Requirements

  • 9-month commitment
  • Attend monthly on-campus CES Seminars
