The goal of the Staff Diversity Workshops is to introduce and discuss with staff issues of diversity specifically related to their role at The Chicago School.  The workshops will provide a venue to raise concerns, support one another, and offer an opportunity to identify common issues the staff is experiencing. 

Past Workshops

Workshop #1: The Understanding of Diversity:

• Explore the definition of diversity
• Understand The Chicago School's commitment to diversity
• Discuss how staff can support and promote diversity within their positions at The Chicago School

Workshop #2: Challenges of Diversity:

• Focus on building knowledge, skills and awareness on diversity issues
• Discuss how diversity issues can be applied to your specific role at The Chicago School
• Discuss work related diversity challenges employees have experienced.

The workshops will be co-facilitated by Dr. Amanda Kim & Aarti Khullar.
