For each workshop, participants submit five photographs pertaining to each topic. These workshops are geared towards providing The Chicago School the opportunity to explore preconceived notions on issues such as race, gender, and class. Participants will increase their self-awareness by evaluating how their ways of knowing influence their perceptions of others. Through this interactive format, participants gain an increased understanding of how one’s habits of mind can affect the perception and interpretation of individual and cultural differences.
