Requesting Unofficial Transcripts
Cost: Free
Processing time: Standard processing is 3-5 business days.
Request process: Unofficial transcripts will be provided by the Office of Academic Records upon request. For current and former students, a paper copy of your unofficial transcript can be picked up from the Office of Student Services by presenting picture ID, or mailed to your address on file. For current students only, an electronic copy of your unofficial transcript can be emailed to you via your school email account.

Requesting Official Transcripts*
*Online ordering service is currently available for students and alumni of the Chicago, Grayslake, Los Angeles, and Online-blended programs only. Students and alumni of the Westwood & Irvine campuses who wish to order transcripts must contact the Westwood campus at: (310) 208-4240.
Cost: Standard delivery cost of $5 each (rush & express delivery options are available for an additional fee)
Processing time:** 3-5 business days during non-peak times; 5-7 business days during peak periods (Commencement, New Student Orientation, Registration)
Request process: Official transcripts must be ordered online from the National Student Clearinghouse. Requestors will receive email confirmations once their request is received and fulfilled.
**The National Student Clearninghouse must receive your signed consent form via fax before orders can be processed. Processing time does not reflect delivery time. Official and Unofficial transcripts will not be released to current or former students with outstanding financial obligations to the institution.

Degree Audit (for current students)
Cost: Free
Request process: Coming soon through ePortal, the degree audit will be a more robust version of the information available to you through an online transcript. Degree audit will allow you to see a history of courses you have taken and the grades you received. However, transcripts will continue to serve as documentation of your academic activities to external audiences (e.g.: training sites, licensure agencies, etc.).
