Terry Merkley joined TCS after 15 years of service as vice president of IT for Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society in Chicago. His higher education experience includes managing IT and faculty research computing for the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (now the Booth School of Business), the same institution where he earned an M.B.A. degree. His areas of expertise include budgeting and expenditure tracking, project management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and contract management.
