Description of Organization
White Crane Wellness Center is an independent, non-profit organization whose objectives are to offer health and wellness services to older adults seeking ways to improve their health, and to promote a holistic approach to aging. White Crane offers a nurturing, holistic, and innovative adult day care program, health outreach program, and wellness classes and workshops (e.g., Tai chi, yoga). 

Project Description

• Leading or co-facilitating a reminiscent group discussions 
  Assisting staff with outreach Health/Mental Health Education Classes 
• Assisting the staff with on-site classes, activities, and events (e.g., yoga, arts and craft,  music, tai chi, field trips)
• Leading topic discussions for elders

Organization Requirements

• 6-month commitment
• Attend monthly on-campus CES seminars 
• Flexible work hours (M-F, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.)
