My name is Alice Busan and I am an ARP Instructor for the MAP program here at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology . Before TCS, I was a professional advisor at Roosevelt University, in the College of Education and have also worked for North Park University in Chicago and UCLA in Los Angeles, in the areas of student affairs and student services. In addition to my position with TCS, I am also an editor for American Journal Experts and I review and edit research journal articles for the international community in the areas of Psychology and Sociology.
I have my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology so coming to The Chicago School of Professional Psychology was very exciting!
I love working with students and felt my calling was to work closely with college students and help them not only with administrative concerns like figuring out classes to take but their life choices and what should one do with the rest of their life and what career path should someone take? I believe in being honest and open with all of my students in providing them with knowledge that I have and guidance that will help them making in these tough decisions. School is a wonderful place to be and we live in a time where the opportunity can come up at various times in someone’s life and I’m happy to be one of the people a student encounters and I hope to make an impact by being that person you can trust and go to for help!
