Biography
Dr. Erica Ellis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University and her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. Her work focuses on the intersection between psychological and physiological health. Trained in several somatic modalities including mindfulness approaches and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, she is the founder of Autonomic Regulation Therapy (ART), an experimental technique that specializes in the bridge between the nervous system, mind, and body.
