Biography

I received my undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College.  Since earning my Master’s Degree, I have spent several years working in private industry as a fair lending analyst with large financial companies like J.P. Morgan Chase and HSBC.  In addition to financial services, I also have experience in fleet management as a former business analyst for LeasePlan USA.  In addition to my current role as an ARP Instructor, I am also a student in the Ph.D. Organizational Leadership program.  Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family and friends in Chicago.  As a classically trained actor, I have performed in several theatre productions in the Chicagoland area.   I am also an avid sports fan, and like watching Chicago Cubs baseball.
