Julia H. Fiebig, M.S., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been teaching online for The Chicago School for Professional Psychology since 2010. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has worked in the field in Germany and the U.S. across a variety of settings, including public schools, hospitals, home-based programs, residential treatment centers, and private practice. Julia currently serves as the clinical director of an early intervention center for preschoolers with autism and language delays in the Bay Area and focuses her practice on program development and development of consultation models in public organizations, as well as, examining how to increase successful leadership of behavior change initiatives related to climate change issues. She is pursuing her dissertation research on applications of behavior analysis to leadership of sustainability initiatives in organizational settings and will graduate from The Chicago School with her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. She is also a founding board member and Associate Chair of ABAI’s Behavior Analysis for Sustainable Societies Special Interest Group, which serves to advance applications of behavior analysis to environmental issues and contribute to the development of solutions to climate change, pollution, overconsumption of resources, and imbalances in environmental sustainability.
Areas of interest include: applications of behavior analysis to sustainability and climate change issues, applications of behavior analysis to leadership and organizational change, effective models of consultation, staff training and management, dissemination of behavior analysis to international communities, and quality service delivery in private and public institutions.
