Dr. Thomas-Kelly has over 10 years of education and training in mental health services. She is the Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Changing Cycles, LLC; a for-profit organization providing mental health services to members of the Prince Georges and Charles County Community. This organization is also a MD Board Certified Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program. She was employed with Mid-Atlantic Children's Services located in College, MD for 7 years where she held the position of Clinical Director and Evaluator. She provided indivdiual and group therapy, as well as psychological testing to Children and Adolescents diagnosed at Emotionally Disturbed, Educationally Delayed, and/or Other Health Impaired.

Dr. Thomas-Kelly also has extensive experience working with the forensic population where she has contracted to conduct psychological evaluations at the Re-entry and Sanction Center and the D.C. Jail. She has also conducted substance abuse treatment (individual and group therapy) within the jails and prisons throughout MD, DC, and VA, as well as worked in residential substance abuse treatment (both in and out of the jails).
