☐ Official NACES Approved Course-By-Course Transcript Evaluation

  • Only required for education completed outside U.S., Canada, India, or U.K.
  • If education was completed outside U.S. or Canada, official transcripts are required in lieu of transcript evaluation
  • Visit http://naces.org/members.html for list of eligible agencies

☐ TOEFL or IELTS Scores

  • Required for applicants who did not complete their education in English or whose primary language is not English
  • IELTS (6.5)
  • TOEFL internet-based test (79) OR paper-based test (550)

☐ GRE score*

  • Only mandatory for Psy.D Clinical and Psy.D Forensic programs
