Lynessa Rico, PhD ’16

Business Psychology | Strategy & Innovation

Dr. Rico serves as Associate Chair of the Business Psychology Department at The Chicago School. A former strategic consultant, she contributes to Chicago’s innovation ecosystem through leadership roles with organizations including the Chicago Cultural Alliance, 1871, and P33.

Cynthia Langtiw, PsyD ’25

Clinical Psychology | Community Mental Health

Dr. Langtiw is a clinical psychology professor at The Chicago School and a clinical supervisor at the Marjorie Kovler Center for Survivors of Torture. Her work focuses on multicultural competence and supporting marginalized youth, migrants, immigrants, and asylees.

Casey Sharpe, PsyD ’09

Forensic Psychology | Public Policy

Dr. Sharpe is an associate professor of forensic psychology whose work focuses on legal standards surrounding fitness to stand trial. The Governor of Illinois recently appointed her to serve on a statewide task force addressing this issue.
