Learning Through Forensic Center Service Learning Initiatives

Discussion focuses on how service-learning can increase students’ clinical experience through applied learning activities, aide to expose students to a wide range of clinical and forensic populations, and receive live coaching/supervision while engage in clinical work. An outline of the Spring 2016 service-learning courses will be provided. We will connect service-learning opportunities to the relevance of TCS graduate students in the field of psychology. The discussion will highlight how service-learning can bolster students’ resume/CV and broadened professional networks through the Forensic center and community partnerships.
