Create a culture of continuous improvement with Magnetic feedback. This 3-hour experiential learning program, played through games, takes participants on a journey to cultivate an environment that encourages informal feedback in the work place. How we see ourselves isn’t always how others see us. Center for Creative Leadership’s (CCL) simple feedback model combined with our experiential learning methodology encourages an environment that values feedback, and thus, creates a culture of continuous improvement. Bringing that to your company means increased growth, engaged leaders, and boosted business results. Participants in this workshop will gain self-awareness regarding bad habits when giving feedback, will understand the neuroscience that supports giving/receiving feedback being difficult and how to use that knowledge in being more effective when giving feedback, and will learn how to properly implement CCL’s SBIA Feedback model and begin creating a new habit. The intended audience for this topic are those in all career-level positions.
