Positive Disciplines: Evidence-Based interventions for social and emotional competence among young children

The “Incredible Years” program, “Second Step”, “Positive Behavior” interventions and support are some evidence-based interventions aimed at fostering social skills and emotion knowledge and regulation among young children. These programs are used to facilitate inclusiveness of young children with different ability levels. This presentation will review the specific techniques of these programs and interventions.
