Dr. Kasia Fuiks is an enthusiastic, energetic, and experienced human behavior professional with education and training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and expertise in research, assessment, training, and management. She brings to the classroom over 30 years of teaching experience as well as expertise in research and consulting. She taught college students multiple courses within the domain of Psychology, Management, and Leadership. She was a Research Consultant at Organized Change Consultancy, a Literature Researcher at Paradigm Diagnostics, and a Project Manager at Leadership Inside Group.
When working in East Africa for almost 12 years, Dr. Fuiks was a co-founding member of a school project located in a shanty area of Nairobi, Kenya. This school was initiated to provide educational services for children of emigrant parents and/or parents who suffered from HIV/AIDS.
