I graduated from Saint Louis University with a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration with a minor in Research Methods/Statistics. I have an MBA Organization Management from Lindenwood University, and a B.S. in Math and Secondary Education from Bradley University.
I have taught graduate classes in Mathematics, Research Methods and Statistics for several online institutions, and several local Universities for over 25 years. I taught math/physics at the secondary level for 3 years after graduating from Bradley University. I coached girls' volleyball and softball at the middle and secondary levels. I have also designed courses and seminars for online programs at the master's and doctoral level. I have taught online classes at the university level over 10 years.
I have done consulting work in the areas of business process development, research study design and implementation, data-driven decision making, institutional research, strategic planning, and assessment and evaluation for multiple institutions
I have been married for over 32 years and have three wonderful children (27, 23, and 18). Our first grandchild (girl) is 1 year old. We have two dogs. I love education and am a life-long learner myself and like sharing my passion for learning and research with others. For fun, I spend time with my family, work around the house, watch movies, and occasionally golf (wish I could play more often than I do).
