Dr. Katy Kleinfeldt is Affiliate Faculty instructing in the Ph.D. program of Organizational Leadership. Dr. Kleinfeldt is a human Resources executive with a proven record of accomplishments in organizational change management, employee development and operations efficiency. Industry experience includes manufacturing, legal, accounting (Big 4), telecommunications and healthcare. Dr. Kleinfeldt teaches PhD students in organizational leadership and supervises doctoral dissertation researchers. Demonstrated experience in: delivering curriculum to assess and improve student learning; relating to and communicating with students to encourage participation; combining analytical skills with work experience and innovation to disseminate real-world application; and the ability to measure student learning outcomes.
