Dr. Weigand has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2000 and has served children with autism since 1989. She holds a PhD in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University. Her research interests include food selectivity in children with autism, Brief Functional Assessment for public school teachers, conducting Functional Analysis in the school setting, Project-based Learning in special education, online course development in Applied Behavior Analysis and Scenario-based Learning in online courses. Dr. Weigand provides online supervision for BCaBA and BCBA certificate candidates.
