Prior to coming to The Chicago School, Dr. Pappas worked as a consultant for several organizations and specialized in employee engagement and customer satisfaction and loyalty research programs, management assessment and coaching, 360 feedback programs, Assessment Center and selection system design and execution, compensation consulting, development of performance management systems and the design and delivery of a variety of training programs. Dr. Pappas developed an employee survey research program that continues to be used by nearly 100 financial service organizations. She continues to consult in the area of employee and workforce engagement with a select group of clients.
