Managing the work/life balance

Before the pandemic, there was physical separation between work life and personal life. This made it easier to set boundaries; though, they would occasionally become blurred. With the pandemic, many people have started to work from home and that physical separation is gone. Boundaries between work and personal life are more important now in order to prevent burnout and protect employees’ mental health. This video offers some tips to reestablish those boundaries.
