Bullying: Helping the victim and the perpetrator

Across cultures and countries, 50% of people have reported being bullied. It’s as important to identify the signs that a child may be bullied as it is to identify if a child is being bullied. Dr. Shannon Wasley of The Chicago School’s Los Angeles Campus explains why, and offers tips on how to help both the victim and the perpetrator.
