We Remain Committed to International Students

President, Dr. Michele Nealon's statement on the decision to rescind the ICE rule regarding international students.

We’re grateful for the decision by the federal government to yield and rescind the July 6th ICE guidance that risked international students’ continued education in the U.S.  This is a result of collective action and collaboration. We must now keep advocating that this guidance is not reissued.  Heartfelt thanks to the 180 institutions that joined the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration’s amicus brief in support of Harvard and MIT’s swift legal challenge to the July 6th guidance. The Chicago School is proud to be part of these ongoing advocacy efforts.  We remain committed to our international students and the promise of their impactful futures in psychology and healthcare professions.
