Dr. Tiffany Masson obtained her Doctorate of Psychology in 2002. She conducted various forensic assessments and provided expert testimony related to child protection and juvenile justice matters. Her work in Rwanda and ability to develop government and private partnerships has proved successful in the expansion of the Global HOPE Training Initiative to Zambia. Read more.
