Dr. Langtiw says, “Existential fatigue manifests itself physically. I find that many more folks are having headaches, stomach aches, lethargy, eating more or less … and many folks are moving a lot less than they have in the past. I would also say, importantly, paying attention to what this looks like for our youth is something that’s been critical during this time.”<\/p>\n
