The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is now offering corporate wellness training programs to help organizations learn how to better support the well-being of leadership, employees, and workplaces overall. This new program reinforces The Chicago School\u2019s commitment to service by extending its excellent educational offerings into communities to directly impact workplaces.<\/p>\n

The transition away from COVID-19 lockdowns continues to cause stress for many, highlighting the necessity of corporate wellness training. Corporate wellness programs like those found at The Chicago School\u2019s Leader Education and Development (LEAD) Center for corporate wellness training can help increase team participation, improve productivity, boost positive morale in office culture, lower healthcare costs, and demonstrate to employees that their employers genuinely care about their health.<\/p>\n

David Iwane, Ph.D., vice president of human resources, who oversees The Chicago School\u2019s LEAD Center, spoke about the importance of executive wellness at a panel hosted by the Los Angeles Business Journal, stating, \u201cHealthy executives are more attentive, less prone to burnout and more productive, and therefore contribute to more profitable companies. Leaders must walk the walk and model healthy behaviors in the workplace as we transition back after the pandemic.\u201d<\/p>\n

On-site and online services available from the LEAD Center include training, workshops, assessments, research, data analysis, and coaching. Available training courses cover the return to work post-pandemic, creating routines, achieving true work-life balance, social media, remote teamwork, holistic health, depression, self-care, and more.<\/p>\n
