The \u201cGlobal Leadership, Networking, and Cultural Intelligence in Context: Examination in Austria\u201d course provides online and in-country learning opportunities, including meeting with European scholars and professionals via participation in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-krems.ac.at\/en\/current-issues\/artikel\/imc-krems-business-week-looks-at-business-and-behaviour\/#.Wg4PWEqnGUl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IMC Krems University\u2019s Business Week.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Through interactive face-to-face and virtual learning activities with a range of European professionals, this course provides opportunities for students to network with international business experts while developing useful skills for their professional careers, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critically devising global business operations in light of their historical, economic, political, and social contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Managing distributed teams using technology to create dynamic virtual \u201cworkplaces\u201d where people meet and engage with each other<\/li>\n<li>Establishing collaborative\u00a0work\u00a0environments that draw upon the strengths of diverse cultural worldviews, their approaches to leadership, work relationships, problem-solving, and professional ethics, and their lifestyles and sense of recreation<\/li>\n<li>Envisioning equitable economic and sustainable business models and practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The world\u2019s organizations operate as ever-evolving distributed networks in a global arena.
