\"\"With the closing of Argosy University, The Chicago School\u2019s first concern was for Argosy students. We have been working with officials from a variety of agencies to provide a ready path for students in several Argosy programs<\/a> to continue their education with us. As an example, The Chicago School worked with Dr. Bob Barrett of Argosy University (AU) and Dr. Jackie Wall of the APA Commission on Accreditation to enter into teach-out agreements for the Northern VA, Orange County and Chicago Argosy Clinical Psy.D. programs. We have also signed transfer agreements for several other programs. Additionally, the University is working to bring to our campuses AU faculty who wish to join our learning and training community and continue to educate and support their students.<\/p>\n

As part of TCSPP\u2019s commitment to doing everything possible to ensure that former Argosy students can continue their education, there have been several on-ground information sessions launched across the University, and the TCSPP Admissions Department is working diligently to help the students, including supporting students individually to enter The Chicago School and seamlessly complete their studies.<\/p>\n

Like TCSPP students, former Argosy students are future mental and behavioral health professionals that will contribute to a society sorely in \"\"need of them. In these anxious times, they are in greater demand than ever before. Having dedicated the last 40 years to educating and training students for these very professions, we know it is vital that we all work together to continue to provide rigorous but accessible education programs to prepare the next generation that will take up the mantles of mental and behavioral health. It is The Chicago School\u2019s privilege to be able to support our training community in this manner and to allow AU students to complete their education with as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n
