The path to recovery from drug or alcohol addiction can be long and painful – not only for the addict but also for the family. Dr. Melody Bacon from The Chicago School says family members of addicts suffer just as much as the addict in many cases. In this short video, Dr. Bacon explains what family members should do to help an addict in their family, and in turn, help themselves.<\/p>\n
