Just a few days ago I had the opportunity to spend time with a large group of students from our Los Angeles campus. The group could not have been more diverse in terms of their backgrounds, experience, areas of academic and professional focus, career aspirations, and hopes for their personal futures.<\/p>\n

The students had come to study with us from all over the country and across the world. Despite their diverse backgrounds, each of them spoke eloquently and with great passion about their intent to make a difference in the lives of those they will serve through their work.<\/p>\n

Listening to our students\u2019 stories over lunch, I realized that we offer much more than a \u201cgood education\u201d and students have and will continue to find it \u201cworth it.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A significant question in the field of higher education today, and over the coming years, will be \u201cWas it worth it?\u201d\u00a0Listening to our students I realized how well The Chicago School is positioned to be ahead of that question because the answer is so much more than, \u201cI got a great education.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to their educational experiences, our students are leaving us practice ready, having positively impacted their community, and having been exposed to a global perspective. Our continued support of clients at the Los Angeles Mission is but one example of how we are helping to change lives in communities across the nation.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
