The rapidly growing discipline of applied behavior analysis relies on specific techniques to bring about behavioral changes in an individual\u2019s life. Applied behavior analysis, or ABA<\/a>, is a specific type of therapy that focuses on applying methodical interventions and techniques to help improve socially significant behaviors.<\/p>\n

ABA centers on using tactics like positive reinforcement to encourage positive behaviors, like communication, hygiene, and motor skills, and discourage negative behaviors.
