The M.A. Business Psychology program combines rigorous psychological principles with essential business concepts so you can better understand the human factors behind organizational challenges and devise strategies to solve them. By graduation, you will be able to:

  • Lead and manage organizational change by providing findings and recommendations to decision-makers
  • Diagnose and analyze workforce issues, such as employee turnover, performance, and engagement issues
  • Design evidence-based systems for hiring, performance appraisal, and training

Unlike an MBA, which focuses more broadly on business operations, the M.A. Business Psychology program focuses more closely on how people affect the way a business operates and performs.
