Program Description
Start your journey toward meaningful change with our M.S. Applied Behavior Analysis. Our ABAI-accredited* program covers these four domains of behavior analysis:
- Theory and Philosophy
- Experimental Analysis of Behavior
- Applied Behavior Analysis
- Service Delivery
Practical Skills
Learn to develop effective interventions based on behavioral principles and assessment techniques. Our program prioritizes ethical competence and the appropriate management of diversity issues.
Effective Communication
Build communication and rapport-building skills to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and fellow professionals.
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Design interventions informed by behavioral principles and assessment techniques to effect significant behavior change.
- Evaluate the impact of diversity issues on clients and demonstrate sensitivity and competence while working with them.
- Resolve ethical dilemmas in accordance with behavior-analytic and – psychological ethical guidelines.
- Establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals.
- Conduct behavior-analytic research effectively and ethically.

Career Pathways
The M.S. Applied Behavior Analysis program prepares students to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBAs®), which is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals who are certified at the BCBA® level can supervise the work of BCaBAs®, Registered Behavior Technicians, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
