Is feeling down in the winter all in your head?

The validity of Seasonal Affective Disorder as a mood disorder is called into question in this article detailing the results of a study conducted by “Clinical Psychological Science.” Alicia Clark, Psy.D., an adjunct professor at the Washington, D.C. Campus, was not surprised at the findings, saying among other things, that, “The emphasis is now on depression, not the seasons, and this is important.”
