Speakers Bureau Request Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in booking a topic expert from The Chicago School’s Speakers Bureau. Before reaching out to one of our experts, please consider what topic(s) would be of interest to your group, and how you can leverage the expertise of our speakers to best fit the needs of your organization. Our Speakers Bureau list will be regularly updated, so please check back if you don’t see a speaker that fits your needs. When you find an expert who seems to be a good match, please reach out directly to the speaker while considering the following guidelines:

  • A minimum of 10 persons should be in attendance at your event
  • A minimum of 30 days is required to book a speaker
  • We advise you make first, second, and third choices in case your desired speaker is not available
  • Please allow 72 hours for the speaker to respond to your inquiry before following up; response times may be slower during the months of July, August and December when classes are not in session
  • Your organization is responsible for providing any audio/visual equipment that may be required, and confirming with the speaker when these arrangements have been made
  • If you plan to offer an honorarium, please discuss in advance with the speaker
