Dawgelene Sangster overcame many obstacles on her road to success and felt inspired to help others do the same. Drawing on the skills she gained from The Chicago School’s industrial and organizational psychology master’s program, she created a nonprofit devoted to teaching others the skills needed to achieve their personal and professional goals.
