Biography

Adam is a social psychologist who spent 30 years in corporate consulting focused the employee experience, employee engagement, organizational culture and coaching. His research interests include social cognition, attitudes and persuasion, judgment and decision-making, stress and coping, psychological measurement, psychometrics, quantitative methods, survey research, employee well-being, organizational culture, coaching and behavior change, research design, and applied psychological science.
